  An Alsatian energy provider for over 120 years, Électricité de Strasbourg is one of the key players in the French energy market. Through its four business activities, the ÉS group bases its model on local proximity and is deeply committed to the economic performance and energy transition of its region.

  ÉS has launched a modernization plan for its collaborative tools (notably to replace the Lotus suite) to strengthen inter-division relationships and enhance the group’s competitiveness.

Challenges

ÉS wanted to be supported in three stages:

1. Technical alignment & migration
2. Evangelization & change management
3. Industrialization & generalization of tools and uses for all 1,200 users

Strategy

We supported the customer through the implementation of a true Modern Workplace: Q-Start > Q-Envision > Q-cloud > Q-Govern & Secure then Q-Change and finally Q-Factory.

After the deployment of the Microsoft Modern Workplace, we also deployed Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to fully digitalize our businesses.
