Context

Founded in 1975, ASSU 2000 is now the leading insurance brokerage network serving individuals, with 400 points of sale across France.

Challenges

The information system of the ASSU 2000 Group is outdated and has become a significant obstacle to the client’s strategic development. Innovation and time-to-market are crucial challenges in this highly competitive and intensely intra-competitive sector.

ASSU 2000’s goal was to modernize its tools. The biggest challenge was prioritizing the development of new services focused on innovation with rapid deployment.

Strategy

After an initial test addressing the needs of their 7,500 brokers, QWERIO deployed Power Platform, M365, D365 (CRM), and Azure solutions, particularly as part of:

• A gradual migration from the legacy ERP,
• The creation of an extranet application portal for brokers, serving a total of over 9,000 users.
